Challenge: To write the Digital Brand Guidelines for this emerging Grocery Retail brand.
Target Audience: Local and global consumer base made up of teens, millennials and mums.
Insight: Research showed Keoghs loyal consumers were missing the opportunity to connect with Keogh’s online. Consumers expected an online presence driven by a desire to connect with the brand through discovering the brand story.
Result: We produced a web experience that is playful, fun and engaging. We did this by making much of the site interactive including features of interest to the target audience like : shareable imagery, story snippets and video’s which show the ‘behind the scenes’ side to the Keogh Family business. Provenance is a key need for this target audience base and we spent a lot of time striking the balance between commercial messaging and ‘Meet the Maker’ imagery and video.
